Yes. All residential and business packages listed above are unlimited with no throttling or fair-usage caps, so you can stream, work and browse without worrying about running out of data.

A free WiFi router is provided to clients who choose the 30 Mbps package or above. Clients on the 10 Mbps, 15 Mbps or 20 Mbps packages can still get a router fitted at a small one-off cost, or use a compatible router of their own. Our technicians handle setup during installation either way.

By subscribing to, installing, or using any DataNetiQ Technologies service — including internet, WiFi hotspot, CCTV, managed IT, VoIP, fiber, point-to-point wireless, network consultancy, or solar installation services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Standard installation includes up to 40 meters of fiber cable from the nearest access point to your premises. Additional cable distance, trenching, ducting, or non-standard mounting may attract extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before installation proceeds. Installation timelines depend on coverage availability in your area.

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of service until the account is settled. Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice to customers.

Customers agree not to use our network or equipment for unlawful activity, transmission of malicious software, unauthorized access to third-party systems, spamming, or any activity that disrupts service for other users. DataNetiQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.

Routers, access points, cameras, and other equipment supplied as part of a package remain the property of DataNetiQ unless explicitly sold to the customer. Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of provided equipment and may be charged for loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

While we strive for maximum uptime, DataNetiQ does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for outages caused by weather, power failures, third-party infrastructure, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the period in question.

Customers may cancel their subscription by giving written notice. DataNetiQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse of the network, with notice provided where reasonably possible.

Personal information collected during sign-up (such as name, phone number, email, and installation address) is used solely to deliver, bill, and support your service. We do not sell customer data to third parties and take reasonable measures to keep it secure.

DataNetiQ may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
